Most of northern Phang Nga Bay, including Koh Phanak, Koh Hong, Koh Phing Kan, Koh Roi and Koh Kudu and the northern tips of the Yao islands, lies inside Ao Phang Nga National Park, and rangers collect a per-person fee by boat.

Practical

Coordinate is a representative point in the park near James Bond Island, not a fee office. Published rates differ. Thai National Parks gives 300 THB per adult and 150 THB per child aged 3–14 for foreigners (June 2022). Wikivoyage gives 300 / 100 THB (July 2018). The Southeast Asia Pilot quotes 400 THB per person per day (undated) and 500 THB per person to land on Khao Phing Kan. In January 2025 a cruising yacht paid 300 THB per person, cash, to rangers who came alongside, on a receipt valid for five days. Verify locally, carry cash and keep the receipt. Thai National Parks lists the park as open 15 October to 15 May; confirm with the park whether any SW-season restrictions apply to yachts.
