The cay at the heart of Nurse Channel (GeoNames also calls it Nurse Channel Cay), flanked by North and South Channel Cays, marking one of the deep gaps between the bank and the ocean north of Buenavista.

Nurse Cay and its juvenile nurse sharks are about 3 nm south-south-east.
