Seal Cay
22° 38.0′ N · 75° 53.4′ W
A small cay in the empty middle of the chain, south of Jamaica Cay, on the long 50-nm leg between Flamingo Cay and Buenavista.
Practical
Position from GeoNames (island). The Sisters Cays rocks lie about 3.6 nm south (GeoNames 22.5720, -75.8924), then Nurse Channel. We found no published anchorage review for Seal Cay; most boats run straight from Flamingo Cay to Buenavista on the bank side, the longest leg in the chain. Daylight only; read the water for coral heads.
