OpenStreetMap shows Lydia's Bakery (+1 787-741-8679) and Panadería El Viequense in town and a Total gas station with a convenience store. Most food on the island comes in by ferry from the main island, so prices are higher than in Fajardo and shelves can run thin before the cargo ferry; do the big provisioning in Fajardo (Wikivoyage).
