Puerto Rico Ferry (operated by Hornblower) lists the Vieques terminal at Calle Morropo, Vieques, PR 00765; the crossing to Ceiba takes about 1 hour. Arrive 1 hour before departure; boarding closes 10 minutes before. Photo ID is required to confirm resident fares, tickets can be transferred at most twice, and all sales are final. Pets other than service animals travel in a carrier. Schedules change seasonally (the posted schedule ran August 1 to November 30, 2026); check the Puerto Rico Ferry site or app. Useful for crew changes when the boat is at Vieques.
