Position is approximate: the midpoint of Calle Benítez Guzmán in Isabel Segunda (OpenStreetMap); the shop address is 53 Calle Benítez Guzmán, Vieques 00765, near the ferry landing. Store hours Monday to Saturday 8 am to 3 pm; phone 939-283-6841; contact@blackbeardsports.com (company site, 2026). Certified-diver trip (2026): two shore dives at Mosquito Pier, 8 am start, about 4 to 5 hours with transport from the Isabel Segunda store or the sandy lot across from El Blok hotel in Esperanza; US$110 plus tax, or US$150 with full rental gear; minimum 2 and maximum 6 divers, minimum age 10; a refresher is required if your last dive was more than 2 years ago; full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours ahead. The company says boat dives are temporarily unavailable. Tours and rentals (2026 site): small-group guided bio-bay tours in clear-bottom kayaks; daytime kayak, SUP and snorkel excursions; rentals of snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards and kayaks. An older Wikivoyage listing at 101 Calle Muñoz Rivera is out of date. vieques.com lists 16 named Vieques dive sites (among them Blue Tang Reef, Isla Chiva, Esperanza Pier, Cayo Afuera and Mosquito Pier) and a second operator, Isla Nena Scuba (787-718-7605); verify that it is still operating.
