Koh Wai Paradise and Good Feeling Restaurants

11° 54.3′ N · 102° 24.1′ E

Koh Wai has no village, shops or roads; food comes from the bungalow resorts on the north coast, where Koh Wai Paradise serves at long communal tables and Good Feeling is rated the best kitchen on the island.

Practical

iamkohchang (updated 2026): Paradise has a large restaurant with communal tables and the main beach fills with day-trippers mid-afternoon; Good Feeling's restaurant sits behind its beachfront huts. Generators run only a few evening hours. Pakarang (Coral) Resort and Koh Wai Beach Resort are closed (late 2025), so ignore older guides that send you to Pakarang. Travel guides advise eating before about 9pm. No shops, ATMs or bars. Coordinate is Good Feeling on OpenStreetMap. Anchor off Paradise Resort in 8–10 m (Southeast Asia Pilot). Most places close in the low season.
