A Thai-run slipway yard on Khlong Tha Chin with a large concrete hardstand, hauling foreign sailing yachts and motor yachts as well as fishing boats since 2004: hull cleaning and painting, gelcoat and fibreglass, teak, steel and stainless work, shafts, propellers and engines.

Position approximate: the yard's address is 2/120 Moo 1, Rattha, Mueang Phuket, and SEAP places it on the right bank further up the river just before the bridge, with an alongside concrete wharf at the river mouth on the same bank. The point is the centre of the OSM river line, not a waypoint. The yard's site gives slipway limits of 37 m, 200 t and 12 m beam, with maximum draft 1.95 m forward and 3.95 m aft (SEAP says up to 40 m).
