39° 36.4′ N · 19° 55.6′ E

A neoclassical villa set in the woods of ancient Corcyra's Palaeopolis just south of Garitsa Bay, built in 1828–31 for the British High Commissioner and later the Greek royal family's summer home — Prince Philip was born here. Around it lie the excavated Kardaki Temple and the remains of the Temple of Artemis.
