Paradise Beach (Kos)
36° 45.6′ N · 27° 0.5′ E
The best-known of the sandy beaches strung along Kefalos Bay on Kos's south coast, with clear shallow water.
Practical
Wikivoyage lists Kefalos Bay's good beaches as Camel, Paradise, Polemi and Psilos Gremos. The bay is open to the south; in the usual northerlies it can be a daytime anchorage off the beach, but check depth and swimming-zone buoys. Kamari Bay, about 2 nm west, is the overnight option.
