The best provisioning in the San Blas, which isn't saying much: a scatter of small tiendas selling what the last supply boat brought, plus beer, Coca-Cola, chicken, fruit and vegetables.

Coordinate approximate: Wikipedia's point for Narganá (9.45, -78.5833) shifted to the anchorage latitude; shops line the waterfront. SY Balvenie (2012) found UHT and powdered milk, cereal, canned tuna, fresh chicken (ask for it), lettuce, tomatoes, celery, bananas, pumpkin, onions, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, Kuna bread rolls, mosquito coils and cockroach spray, but no brand choice and unrefrigerated produce; visit every shop. Diesel and petrol said to be generally available. The bank changes Colombian pesos but has no ATM: bring all the US dollars you need. Simple café with chicken and chips. Internet at the school was unreliable (2012).
