Position approx: placed in the harbor between the town dock and Puerto Blanco Marina. Noonsite (2024 page): the Luperón Cruisers Net runs on VHF 72 at 9am; an older 2016 report put it on VHF 68 on Sundays and Wednesdays, so check both. Ask on the net for diesel, propane refills, laundry, car rental, mechanics and current clearance practice. Noonsite also points cruisers to the 'Luperon Sailors and Cruisers' Facebook group for up-to-date information. Town has small food shops, restaurants, laundry and internet cafes (Virgintino guide ~2015).
