Shroud Cay Mooring Field

24° 31.8′ N · 76° 47.8′ W

Fourteen park moorings strung along the bank side of Shroud Cay just south of a rocky point, looking across a lagoon of impossible colour toward a maze of mangrove creeks. The first stop inside the park and, for many, the best day of the trip.

Practical

14 balls, first-come first-served, no reservations. Rated for vessels to 65 ft LOA and 6 ft draft - do not take one if you are bigger. Fees from BSD $27.27/night (up to 39'11") plus 10% VAT, payable via the ParkPay app at payexumapark.org or the drop box. Exposed west; a rolly spot in a westerly and untenable in a norther, when you should be at Warderick Wells North instead. Anchoring is permitted only in designated areas outside the field - anchoring fee $0.45/ft.
