Koh Yao Noi Town Centre (7-Eleven, Bakery and Shops)
8° 7.0′ N · 98° 35.6′ E
The busiest strip of Koh Yao Noi's main village, with the island's 7-Eleven, the police station, a bakery, roti stalls and local restaurants within a few hundred metres.
Practical
Position from the OpenStreetMap 7-Eleven node; Koh Yao Ice Cream and Bakery (8.11694N 98.593E), Krua Koh Yao and Roti Nutsaree are mapped beside it. It lies about 2.7 km north of Manoh Pier by road, so take a tuk-tuk (Wikivoyage: about 85 THB from the pier, older listing) or rent a motorbike (250–350 THB a day per Phuket101). Phuket101 notes the island's few ATMs can run out of cash on busy weekends and smaller places are cash only. The village is Muslim: dress modestly, and alcohol is easier to find on the east-coast tourist strip.
