Position from the OpenStreetMap ferry-terminal node (Tha Ao Po Pier). Phuket101 says the west coast is lined with mangroves and that Tha Ton Do Seafood stands on stilts over the mangrove channel with Pradu Seafood beside it. No yacht anchorage is published off this pier; the west coast is shallow and mangrove-fringed, so come by dinghy near high water from the Chong Koh Yao or northwest anchorages and check the tide.
