8° 5.6′ N · 98° 35.2′ E

Koh Yao Noi's main ferry pier, an all-tide floating jetty on the Chong Koh Yao channel with regular boats to Bang Rong on Phuket and longtails across to Koh Yao Yai.

Practical

Position from the OpenStreetMap ferry-terminal node (Manoh Pier), which matches the Southeast Asia Pilot's channel directions (from the white tower at 08°05.10N 98°34.55E steer 065° toward the seaward end of the commercial jetty). Wikivoyage, in an older listing, describes slow and speed boats to Bang Rong between about 7:45am and 5:30pm, fares paid on board, and longtails across to Chonglad Pier on Koh Yao Yai in daylight for about 20 THB per person (verify locally). Tuk-tuks wait at the pier. The main village and shops are about 1 km inland. Useful for crew changes via Bang Rong. Motorbikes are rented on the pier (OpenStreetMap lists 250 THB a day).
