Koh Naka Noi Anchorage (Nina Beach Camp)
8° 1.8′ N · 98° 27.5′ E
An anchorage off the mid-west coast of little Koh Naka Noi, home of the Naka Noi pearl farm visited by day boats from Ao Po, with Nina Beach Camp's restaurant, bar and water-toy rentals at the island's northern tip.
Practical
5-10 m south of the access jetty on the mid-west coast, the best spot (SEAP). Coming between Naka Yai and Naka Noi, keep well clear of the rocks off Naka Noi's north side; from the south, keep Koh Phae to port. A rock that shows only at very low tide lies on the direct line between Koh Raet and Koh Naka Noi, and a second reef, seldom visible at any tide, lies north of the channel; steer well offshore heading north. The beach is best at high tide.
Best for
A calm stop between Ao Po and the Khai islands
