Practical
Position is the Capitainerie (approx; facilities are around the east quay). Sanitaires are reserved for port users, open daily 7:30 am-6:00 pm. Every quay has metered water taps: visiting boats pay EUR 0.019 per litre (berth-holders EUR 0.012). Wi-Fi free with an access code from the Capitainerie. Sorting rubbish is compulsory on St Barth - recycling containers on Quai General de Gaulle and Quai de la Collectivite. Mail can be received at: Capitainerie du port de Gustavia, BP 695, Gustavia 97099 Saint Barthelemy Cedex. Speed limit 3 knots in the channel. Gustavia has its own SNSM lifeboat station.
