Gustavia Waterfront Restaurants

17° 53.9′ N · 62° 51.0′ W · approximate

Gustavia's harbour-front strip - from burgers at Le Select to French brasserie fare at Le Repaire and Creole-Asian plates at Eddy's - where crews eat ashore with the yachts in view.

Practical

Position is the east-side waterfront by the capitainerie (approx, OpenStreetMap). Le Repaire (since 1991) sits at the harbour entrance near the ferry terminal and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at mid-range prices - booking advised. Eddy's Ghetto (garden restaurant in town, dinner Mon-Sat) fills quickly; Sail Magazine advised arriving by about 7:00 pm, while its current listing recommends reserving. See the separate Le Repaire, Eddy's Ghetto, Le Bete a Z'Ailes and Bonito entries. The Wall House restaurant on the west side of the harbour has sunset views. Gustavia prices are high; Le Select remains the budget option. Many restaurants close or cut hours in the September-October off-season.
