Agathi Beach Anchorage (Rhodes)
36° 10.6′ N · 28° 6.1′ E · approximate
A golden-sand cove just north of the Feraklos headland, with emerald water and rocks to snorkel along the right-hand side. It is a 5-minute walk over the hill from Haraki.
Practical
Position approx: a point off the beach, derived from the OSM coastline and beach (beach bar at 36.17581, 28.09831). We found no sailing guide with depth or holding data: sound in and anchor on sand off the swimming area. Greeka says the water is calm and relatively shallow, with underwater rock formations on the right side that are good for snorkelling. A beach canteen, sunbeds and toilets operate in summer, though an August 2025 visitor found no services, so bring your own. The chapel of Agia Agathi is in a cave at the north end (OSM). The cove faces east: it is sheltered from the meltemi but untenable in easterlies.
