Sand just inside Amanu's northern blind pass, handy for reef walks on the outer reef.
Practical
Duplicat (June 2017): 17°42.697S / 140°41.656W, good holding in sand; a night in light easterlies with no problems. They walked the outer reef south of the pass for lobster, but the tide was too high. The blind pass is not navigable.
