A lee anchorage among the little limestone cays off the old fishing settlement of Five Cays — Bay Cay, Middle Cay, Sim Cay, Pusey Cay and William Dean Cay — between South Dock and South Side Marina.

Visit TCI names the lee of these cays as a sheltered alternative to Sapodilla Bay after refuelling at South Side Marina. noforeignland reviewers rate nearby Sim Cay Bay good in westerlies but rolly in easterlies, with shallow dinghy access at low tide. Bay Cay (about 9 acres) has a tiny beach on its NW side; several cays have rock iguanas — don't land on nesting areas or feed them.
