Noonsite and Visit TCI list it as an alternative south-coast anchorage. Cooper Jack Rock lies off the west end of the beach. noforeignland reviewers report about 3 m inside the nearby Cooper Jack canal development but a narrow, tide-dependent entry. DelMar restaurant (at The Strand) is on the beach.
