Turtle Cove Marina
21° 47.1′ N · 72° 13.6′ W
Provo's oldest marina, a dredged former salt pond on the central north shore that kicked off the island's tourism in 1967, now ringed by restaurants and dive and fishing boats.
Practical
About 65 slips; gasoline and diesel, water, power, free Wi-Fi, boat ramp; restaurants on the water (Sharkbite, Baci, Mango Reef) and Scooter Bob's for car, scooter and bike rental. The basin itself is immune to swell, but the approach is the hard part: from outside the barrier reef you come in through Sellar's Cut and wind through reef patches — the marina offers a guide boat; call on VHF 16 before arrival. A 2019 cruiser report says a pilot is needed both in and out unless you know the entry. Not on Border Force's list of ports of entry, so clear at another port first (noforeignland also notes no customs facility and a dinghy-dock fee). Phone +1 649 941 3781.
