Blue Channel (Roatán)
16° 18.0′ N · 86° 36.0′ W
A short channel off West End whose walls are riddled with swim-throughs, ending in a shallow sand bowl with upside-down jellyfish and, on a good day, a huge school of big-eye scad.
Practical
Coordinate from PADI's site page (Wikivoyage: 16.29952, -86.6009). Shallow and easy; also visited by snorkel trips in calm weather. Close to the West End mooring field — dive with an operator or by dinghy only where the Marine Park allows; never anchor on the reef.
Best for
Easy swim-throughs close to the West End moorings
