Position from ActiveCaptain (OpenStreetMap agrees). Run by Bimini Bay Marina with the Fisherman's Village docks; same contacts (VHF 16, +1 786-322-4440, reservations@biminibaymarina.com) and the same $45/day resort fee. ActiveCaptain listed $6.00/ft (December 2024) and 30/50/100-amp power; a December 2025 reviewer found it empty and called it overpriced. After-hours arrivals with a reservation may tie up in front of the hotel for the night (marinas.com). A 9,000-volt power cable is reported unburied on the bottom of the dredged basin approach (ActiveCaptain hazard), so do not anchor in the dredged area near the marina. Clearance at the seaplane base inside the resort.
