The marina site (read October 2026) lists a 12 ft controlling depth, boats to 200 ft, a $45/day resort fee covering up to four people (wristbands for pools, Bimini Beach Club and resort transport), a winter special (Sept 21 - Apr 30, stay three nights get the fourth free) and summer extended-stay discounts. Marinas.com (2025) lists 12 ft MLW and VHF 14; ActiveCaptain listed $4.70/ft (March 2025) and a $60/day flat rate for 50-amp power; verify current rates. Customs and Immigration clear inside the resort at the seaplane base, 8:15 am to 4:30 pm daily (see Fisherman's Village Immigration & Customs). Reviewers (2024-2026) mention rats on the docks, unanswered radio calls and high power charges. Approach by the marked channel ('the Runway') from the Big Game Club; current is strong at the cut into the resort basin, then slackens.
