PSV is a private, 115-acre luxury resort island of 22 stone cottages; when operating, yachtsmen may land only by prior arrangement with reception and on payment of a shore access fee (see Goatie's Beach Bar for the bar itself).
Practical
Position is the Dock House as mapped in OpenStreetMap. Doyle's guide updates report a 'Shore Access Fee' of US$100 + 11% VAT per adult and US$50 + 11% VAT per child (14 and under); contact reception +1 784 458 8801 or reception@petitstvincent.com before landing (verify locally). The resort is closed after Hurricane Beryl and a re-opening date has not been announced (resort website, 2026). The PSV dive centre (opened by Jean-Michel Cousteau, 2014) and a 20-30 minute trail to 275 ft Marni Hill operate only with the resort.
