Goatie's Beach Bar (Petit St Vincent)

12° 32.0′ N · 61° 22.9′ W · approximate

PSV's thatched over-water bar on the leeward shore, named after one of the resort's longest-serving staff, attached to the Beach Restaurant serving chargrilled local seafood, clay-oven pizzas and rum punches.

Practical

Coordinate is derived: water's edge beside the Dock House at the southern end of Caribbean Beach (OpenStreetMap way 935448281); the resort describes the bar only as on the leeward side over the water. Yachtsmen must arrange shore access first: Doyle reports a Shore Access Fee of US$100 + 11% VAT per adult and US$50 + 11% VAT per child 14 and under; contact reception +1 784 458 8801 or reception@petitstvincent.com (verify locally). Complimentary lobster from November 1 to April 30 is a guest perk, not offered to outside visitors. Status: closed since Hurricane Beryl (July 2024); the resort website says a re-opening date will be announced. PSV monitors VHF 16. Watch the reef off the dinghy dock, which extends farther than it looks (Doyle).
