Anses d'Arlet Clearance Terminal (Cyberbase)

14° 29.4′ N · 61° 4.8′ W · approximate

The Cyberbase in the bourg of Les Anses-d'Arlet is one of the French customs' approved clearance points, where you can complete and print the Martinique entry or exit declaration.

Practical

Address: 15 allée des Arlésiens, on the seafront road; turn right off the dinghy dock (Noonsite, Feb 2023). Hours on the French customs list (updated January 2026): Mon, Tue and Thu 8 am-1 pm and 2-5 pm; Wed and Fri 8 am-1 pm; Sat 8-11 am; closed Sunday. Contact +596 596 68 64 82, cyberarlet@gmail.com. Fly the French tricolour as a courtesy flag, not the Martinique flag. A July 2022 Noonsite comment said clearance was not available here, but the 2026 customs list still includes it, so call ahead. Martinique now also has a fully online clearance (about €5) that needs no visit ashore (Doyle Guides). Position is approximate: just south of the pier on the seafront, from the Noonsite directions and ActiveCaptain.
