14° 29.5′ N · 61° 4.8′ W
The Église Saint-Henri stands at the water's edge exactly in line with the village pier, the most photographed church on the island. The first church was built in the second half of the 17th century and the earliest baptism dates from 1671.
Practical
Rebuilt several times after cyclones, with stained glass by L. Tournel (1975). The bell tower was rebuilt in 2008. A listed historic monument since March 16, 1995. The pier in front is the dinghy landing for the bourg anchorage. Position from Wikipedia.
