Isleta Marina
18° 20.4′ N · 65° 37.2′ W
A marina and condo complex on a small island in Bahía de Fajardo, reached only by water: a launch runs to the Fajardo waterfront and visiting cruisers anchor just off it.
Practical
Position is the islet (OpenStreetMap). Coast Pilot 5 describes the marina on Isleta Marina with 8 to 12 ft to the berths, electricity, gasoline, diesel, water, ice and marine supplies at the finger piers, a 100-ton lift and a 100-ft marine railway for hull, engine and electronic repairs, and vessels to 65 ft; Noonsite (2017) recommends it for haul-out with a slipway, travel lift, marine store and sailmaker. These facility details are from older sources: confirm what is operating before relying on the yard. A Noonsite commenter (March 2016) reported dinghy tie-up in the marina with the launch to Fajardo at US$5 per person per day (no charge if using the laundry or restaurant) and launch service until about 10:30 pm, later on weekends; verify locally. Reefs extend up to 0.5 mile around the islet (Coast Pilot).
