Great Tobago South Reefs (Coral Dome, Tobago Canyons, Gardens of the Queen)
18° 26.3′ N · 64° 49.5′ W · approximate
A complex of shallow reefs, bank pavement and sand channels off Great Tobago's south side that Jost Van Dyke Scuba dives as Coral Dome, Tobago Canyons and Gardens of the Queen; some of the least-visited, healthiest reefs in the territory.
Practical
Position is approximate: the south side of Great Tobago, where NPT describes the reef system. Sites are prone to swell; caution at all times (NPT). No anchoring anywhere in the Tobagos; access by dive or eco-tour boat, which uses discreet subsurface buoys (JVD Scuba). Little Tobago's Neptune's Park is also on the operator's list.
