7° 41.5′ N · 98° 46.0′ E · approximate
Tham Phaya Nak, a cave about 170 m long on the northeast edge of Phi Phi Le, with wall paintings from around 1900 and bamboo scaffolding used to harvest swiftlet nests.
Practical
Position approx: OpenStreetMap cave-entrance node. Details from thainationalparks.com. Viewed from the water; a small jetty sits at the entrance (Pilot). The east coast is too deep for easy anchoring, so drop crew by dinghy or come by longtail from Ton Sai. Landing inside is not generally permitted; verify locally.
