7° 44.0′ N · 98° 46.0′ E

All of Phi Phi Don's surrounding waters, Phi Phi Le, Bamboo, Mosquito, the Bida islands and the Poda group lie inside Hat Noppharat Thara–Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park, and rangers come out by speedboat to collect entry fees from yachts.

Practical

Park coordinates from Wikipedia. Park fee: thainationalparks.com lists 200 THB per foreign adult, 100 THB per child and an extra 200 THB per scuba diver (stated as current June 2026); the Southeast Asia Pilot reports ranger speedboats collecting 400 THB per person around Phi Phi. Carry baht and verify locally. Fees are charged per person, not per boat. Rules: no anchoring on or near coral (heavy fines), no fishing or spearfishing, no feeding fish, no camping on the islands; swimming at Maya Bay is prohibited. Park hours 8am to 4:30pm; phone 075 656 150. Since October 2025 six marine national parks, Phi Phi and Ko Lanta among them, require electronic tickets: buy in advance and carry passports (TAT, October 2026).
