Koh Roi's large hong is one of the few you can reach on foot: at all but high tide you walk in from the west beach into a cliff-walled lagoon.
Practical
Position approximate: on Koh Roi just east of the Southeast Asia Pilot anchorage waypoint (08°11.540N 98°36.639E). Fringing coral blocks the beaches at low tide, so land the dinghy around mid-tide and walk in before high water closes the way. Wear shoes. National park rules apply: take nothing and leave nothing.
