The middle of the three blunt-pointed coves between El Pescador and Puerto Don Juan, linked to Don Juan by a walking trail over a low saddle.
Practical
Coordinate is the OpenStreetMap label for Ensenada el Quemado. Sandy bottom per Club Cruceros; The Log's south-wind shelter list says to anchor in the SE corner; treat it as a summer south-wind anchorage and move to Puerto Don Juan in a norther. No depth figures in the sources: approach slowly, sound in, and allow for 10+ ft tides. Give the off-lying rocks around the points room. A vast sandy beach and warm water (Online Cruising Guide blog), but bee swarms gather in the dry season — keep hatches screened and avoid leaving fresh water on deck. Trail over the saddle to Puerto Don Juan and on to El Pescador; Don Juan is the move if a chubasco or tropical storm threatens.
