Approximate: coordinates are the OpenStreetMap 'Gallows Baai' feature; the offices are at the commercial dock (a 2022 Noonsite report puts Customs and Immigration opposite the guard house there). Pre-register on SailClear. Oranjestad is the only port of entry. Customs and Immigration charge yachts nothing; port fees apply (a 2019 report: US$35 check-in/out for two people on a 35 ft yacht - verify locally) plus the STENAPA marine park fee (US$10/night, max US$30/week), bought here on check-in. Posted hours were 8am-5pm in 2019 but staff were often only present about 9:30am-3:30pm - go mid-morning. You can clear out up to 24 hours before leaving (2022 report).
