Paxos Olive Press Museum (Magazia)
39° 12.8′ N · 20° 9.0′ E
An 18th-century stone olive mill just outside Magazia, in the island's hilly centre, restored as a museum of the olive-oil process from crushing the fruit to pressing the oil. Paxos has been an olive island since Venetian times.
Practical
Paxos Map lists it as 'the old olive press Museum'. It is inland, about 4 km by road from Gaios, Lakka or Longos, so take a taxi, scooter or the bus to Magazia. Opening hours are not published in these sources; check locally. Greek Wikipedia notes that the Venetians encouraged olive planting and that Longos once had a soap factory, whose ruined chimney still stands on Longos beach.
