Lefkimmi Ferry Port (yacht berths)
39° 24.8′ N · 20° 5.9′ E
The rectangular ferry harbour south of Lefkimmi, the hub for ferries to Igoumenitsa and Paxos, has room for visiting yachts and is the only deep, protected berth on Corfu's south-east tip — handy for the crossing to Paxos or Syvota.
Practical
Coordinate from mySea (listed there as 'Kavos'; not the Kavos resort). Dredged regularly to 4–5 m; yachts lie alongside on the north side or stern-to on the south side (mySea). A harbour official allocates berths on VHF 12, likely alongside the north quay; silt in the south-west of the basin; best to go stern-to as far east as possible (SailingIssues). The prevailing NW can set up confused seas and make it untenable over 20–25 kn, and ferry wash makes it hard to leave the boat unattended (SailingIssues). Fuel and water listed; a café in the ticket building (mySea).
Best for
Staging port for Paxos and Syvota
Season
