Pigadia Quay Water & Fuel (Karpathos)

35° 30.5′ N · 27° 12.7′ E

Water and fuel for yachts at Pigadia: water is available at the harbour, and a fuel station is listed at the port. This is the last diesel before the north of the island or the crossing to Kasos or Rhodes.

Practical

Pinned on the public drinking-water tap mapped on the waterfront by the yacht quay (OSM). mySea lists water, a fuel station and an ATM among the harbour facilities, but gives no hours, delivery method or price. Ask the Port Authority (+30 22450 22227, aegeanislands.gr) or the quay staff whether a tanker truck delivers to the mole. Otherwise, carry jerry cans to the EKO and Elinoil road stations about 2 km south-west of the harbour (see Pigadia Fuel Stations). Wikivoyage (2025): no filling stations north of Aperi, and fuel costs more than on the mainland. Pharmacies are on the waterfront streets (OSM 35.5082, 27.2157; 35.5075, 27.2127; 35.5073, 27.2109). Hippocrates Quick Med Clinic is at 35.5076, 27.2119.
