Pachia Ammos Beach (Nisyros)

36° 35.4′ N · 27° 12.5′ E

A remote beach on the east coast where rhyolitic lava flows from the caldera rim meet the sea.

Practical

Rhyolite lava flows plunge from the eastern caldera walls toward the sea between Pachia Ammos and Avlaki (Nisyros Geopark). The Geopark's circumnavigation sea route passes it. No anchorage data in the sources used here.
