A small cliff-ringed cove about 1 M west of Cape Mastichon, sheltered from the meltemi.
Practical
Anchor in about 4 m on sand, good holding (CruisersWiki); Grecosailor anchored in 6 m with a stern line on sand and seagrass. Protected from northerlies but swell runs day and night — expect rolling. Remote; water is cold. Not to be confused with the other Avlonia beach on the SW coast near Trachilia.
