There is almost nothing to buy on Arki — bread from the tavernas, cheese from a shepherd and fruit only when the ferry is in — but there are clean showers by the square.
Practical
Coordinate approximate: placed on the village square beside the ferry landing (OSM ferry_terminal and bench nodes), since Sailing Issues gives no position for the shower building. Sailing Issues: no water, no fuel, no fruit/vegetables and no fresh bread — 'come prepared and bring plenty of supplies'. The former mini-market is permanently closed (OSM still shows a 'Supermarket (Little)' node at 37.38332, 26.73441 — treat it as closed unless you see otherwise). Fresh produce only arrives with the ferry; bread can sometimes be bought from the restaurants; fresh goat cheese from a shepherd at the end of the road uphill. Clean showers in the white building near the square (free for Sailing Issues' crew, reportedly €5 for others; verify locally). Nearest real provisioning: Lipsi village (Vavoulas, Calypso, Kairis bakery) or Skala, Patmos.
