The tasting house of Mana'o, the first Polynesian rum certified organic, made from cane grown on Taha'a including the local O'tahiti variety.
Practical
Position approximate: the brief and Tahiti Tourisme put the tasting fare opposite the Tapuamu quay, so it is plotted at the quay. The cane is fermented on Taha'a and distilled in Tahiti; white, amber and dark agricultural rums. Tahiti Tourisme says both Taha'a distilleries offer free tastings. Dinghy to the Tapuamu marina.
