Huahine Pearl Farm (Faie Bay)
16° 43.7′ S · 150° 58.8′ W
Huahine's only pearl farm, over the water in Faie Bay, with a pottery studio (Peter Owen's) attached. A shuttle boat runs out from the Faie landing, and the free guided tour explains pearl farming and what makes a pearl valuable.
Practical
Position: the OSM 'Huahine Pearl Farm' building. The free-tour sign and boat landing are at Faie marina (16.7265°S 150.9853°W). Shuttle roughly every hour (2025 brief). Hours on the farm's website: Monday to Saturday 9:30am to 4pm, Sunday 9:30am to 12pm. Loose and set pearls are for sale. Faie is on the east side, outside the small-boat ZMRs, so go by road.
