The great marae of Huahine Nui on Motu Maeva, dedicated to Tane and later Oro. Its main platform is about 39.5 m long, and it holds the tomb of Raiti, Maeva's last high priest (died 1915), and a turtle petroglyph.
Practical
Position from OpenStreetMap. Cross the Maeva bridge to the motu. The second platform was used for feasts, dances and games. Respect the site: do not climb the platforms.
