Mount Turi Hike
16° 43.5′ S · 151° 0.7′ W
Turi, at 669 m, is Huahine's highest summit, the jungle-clad peak above Fare and Maroe Bay. Tahiti Tourisme lists it among the island's sights.
Practical
Summit position from OpenStreetMap; height from Wikipedia. None of the sources consulted describes a marked public trail to the top. The 2025 brief recommends hiking with one of the island's guides, so arrange it through the Tourism Committee in Fare. Start early, before the heat and the afternoon clouds.
Best for
A guided climb to the island's high point
