Bora Bora Yacht Club Restaurant & Bar
16° 29.3′ S · 151° 45.6′ W
The waterfront restaurant and bar at Fare Piti point, just inside the pass. It is the cruisers' traditional landfall drink, with walls of murals telling the story of the American WWII base in Faanui Bay.
Practical
Phone +689 40 67 60 47; VHF 69. Shore pass gives dinghy dock (10:30am–10:30pm), showers, toilets, Wi-Fi and trash disposal; the fee is credited against a meal (2025). The 2010 club was destroyed by Cyclone Oli and rebuilt in 2013; it is now more a restaurant than a cruiser hangout (Noonsite). Free taxi transfer for dinner guests from the main island from 5pm (Tahiti Tourisme). The WWII fresco series is open to the public.
