The small marina, restaurant and dinghy dock at the north end of Vaitape that was once the cruiser alternative to the Yacht Club. Noonsite (June 2026) reports the MaiKai restaurant and dinghy dock closed.

Do not plan on berths, a dinghy dock or services here (Noonsite docking page, updated June 2026). Coordinate from the OpenStreetMap 'MaiKai Marina & Yacht Club' node. The Top Dive Bora Bora dive center is mapped on the same site. The Total duty-free fuel dock is about 200 m east. For dinghy landing in town, use the Vaitape ferry dock instead.
